Our in-home and community supports services include:
- In-Home & Community Supports (Basic)
This level provides support in a group setting with a staff-to-individual ratio of no less than 1:6. It is designed for individuals who benefit from general supervision while building social and adaptive skills. - In-Home & Community Supports (Level 1)
This service offers increased support with a staff-to-individual ratio ranging from less than 1:6 to 1:3.5. It is suitable for individuals who need more guidance with daily activities while still participating in small group interactions. - In-Home & Community Supports (Level 2)
This level provides more focused assistance with a staff-to-individual ratio ranging from less than 1:3.5 to greater than 1:1. It supports individuals who require closer supervision and more hands-on assistance in developing daily living skills. - In-Home & Community Supports (Level 3)
This service delivers one-on-one support with a staff-to-individual ratio of 1:1. It is ideal for individuals who need individualized attention to safely engage in daily activities and community participation.
