Americare Home Health Services is a Pennsylvania-based provider of IDD and Autism in-home and community services focused on everyday support. Established in 2023, we were founded to deliver both skilled and non-skilled care tailored to individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Our team works alongside families to create person-centered plans that reflect each individual’s needs, routines, and long-term goals. We focus on consistency, compassion, and evidence-based practices to ensure services remain effective and respectful. Through collaborative care, we help individuals navigate daily life with greater independence and confidence.
